Single family homes has a management fee of 10%.

A building with 10 or more units have a management fee of 7%.

YWIFI encourage renters by the reward system. Maintenance has to be done in a timely and professional fashion. More importantly, the longer a renter stays on the property and pays on time; the reward system increases in value.

All properties have to be evaluated before acquiring contract. Safety of your renters, is our first priority. The second priority is as important as the first. You getting paid.
